Chapter Memorial Quilt

Our chapter has created a memorial quilt with squares honoring our loved ones.

If you'd like to add a square to our memorial quilt here is what you'll need to do:

• It must be a 7 inch square

• Once it is quilted it will only be a 6 inch square so please only decorate the middle 6 inches

• Decorate your square with your child's name, shapes, designs, embroidery, buttons, pins, ribbons, pictures, bows, etc...

• The material can be color or fabric

• Your square should reflect the love that you have for your child
